Mr. B. Garcia- Biology A & B The major purpose of this course is to provide opportunities for students to examine the basic concepts of biology. Among the topics to be covered include diversity of organisms, cell biology, heredity, matter and energy, organization of living systems, evolution,physiology and the biosphere. Student is expected to actively participate in laboratory and non-laboratory group interactions to engance the development of critical thinking skills.
